This creamy and sweet nice cream makes you wish you had a never ending bowl, and the best part is that it's dairy free, vegan and full of fruit!
- 2 frozen sliced bananas
- 1/4 cup smooth, chocolate or coconut nudefood peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
|1. Throw sliced bananas, peanut butter and milk into a food processor or blender. Blend until a smooth ice cream is formed. If it's too thick, add a splash more of milk.|
|2. Scoop out into bowls with a spatula. If you want it more frozen, you can put it in the freezer for 1 hour.|
|3. Decorate your nice cream and enjoy! We added peanuts, dark chocolate and drizzled chocolate peanut butter (pb mixed with a bit of oat milk) on ours and it was sooo good.|
