Ingredients

1 cup vegan white chocolate (check out this rice-based chocolate)

1/3 cup green beetroot or raspberry powder

1 teaspoon coconut oil

2 tablespoons peanut butter of choice (chocolate would be yummy!)

a pinch of salt

1. Heat 1 tsp coconut oil into a pot and add 1 cup vegan white chocolate. Stir in 1/3 cup raspberry or beet powder until mixed. |

2. Half-fill a silicone ice cube tray mold or cupcake liners with some PB and fill the other half with the white chocolate mix. |

3. Freeze for 5 min or until hard, take out and enjoy! |
